On February 7, 2023, some communist did something and made another communist sad.
That is code for communist LeBron James passing communist buffoon Lew Alcindor as the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, something nobody could have ever predicted.
“LeBron James, who is about to become the NBA’s all-time leading scorer within the next month or so, passing a fellow communist buffoon, famously never says a negative word about China.” —January 22, 2023.
Oh wait, that was us. Now for a healthy dose of reality. It could be worse, in that he could think it is called ‘defense-ball’ as Ben Simmons does and actually refuse to take any shots, even when he is alone under the basket unguarded.
LeBron has never left a team in better shape than it was in when he arrived. He has thrived by getting general managers and team owners (who should have known better) to trade assets (other good players and future draft picks) for players he wanted to play with, then when the team runs out of those, he jumps ship to another team and does it all over again.
He was close to a ring with his original team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, who he allegedly was a fan of growing up in nearby Akron, Ohio (about 40 miles away). They made one Finals in 2007 (his 5th in the league), losing 4-0 to the San Antonio Spurs.
After 7 years in Cleveland to start his career, and stripping them of every asset along the way while filling the roster with his overpaid role-player buddies who complemented HIS style of play, he left ring-less.
He went to the Miami Heat, winning a ring in 2012 and 2013, the 2nd and 3rd years of 4 he spent there before coming back to the ‘Cavs’ and winning a ring in his 3rd of 4 years there before leaving AGAIN, only this time he went to the Los Angeles Lakers.
In his first 4 years in LA, he averaged just 56 games played (the NBA plays 82) and should hit about that this year too, his 20th in the league and 5th in LA. He did pick up his 4th ring in 2020 with LA, during ‘the covid’ and the ‘bubble season’ which was played in a hermetically sealed snow-globe in Florida.
In fact, he has only played every game of a regular season ONCE in his entire career, which was his last in Cleveland (2017).
We hear you saying, but in 2016 they defeated the San Francisco Warriors who had just won 2 titles in a row AND had the best regular season record ever (73-9) AND the league MVP (Stephen Curry) AND also had a 3-1 lead…AT HOME…in that best-of-7 final series before losing.
True, and Kevin Love along with Kyrie Irving had a lot to do with that victory too. In fact, the Warriors and Cavaliers played in the NBA finals all four of the years during LeBron’s 2nd run in Cleveland (with the Warriors winning the 1st, 2nd and 4th of those match-ups).
Just ask yourself how the Heat did after he left them? Or how the Cavs did after EACH time he left them? Now use your imagination and think about how the Lakers will fare after he leaves them? LA is down to just a 2027 and 2029 first round draft pick as assets, along with Anthony “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” Davis, other than LeBron himself.
James is a cancer and he doesn’t just lead the NBA as the all-time scorer, he leads in devastated fan-bases and picked over roster assets too. And NOBODY has more in-game ‘flops’ than he does.
And we just proved we CAN write an article without cursing. So there! But it wasn’t easy…
Parler is likely gone for good as of April 14, 2023. Twitter account abandoned May 12, 2023, after Elon Musk hired WEF’er Linda Yaccarino as new CEO.
