Keeping Merrick Garland off of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is one of the few things U.S. Senator and long-time Republican leader in that body Mitch McConnell (RINO, Kentucky) has done properly. And by that we mean we can’t see how it benefited him financially, other than making the Republican voter base forget all of his bad decisions.
Mitch was also pretty solid on judges during the Trump administration. Beyond that, we strain to find situations we agree with him on, and on top of that, we know many times that he screwed the MAGA movement and America (accepting 2020 and 2022 election theft, tacitly agreeing that J6’ers were more dangerous than 2020 Antifa and Blm rioters, his family profiting from he and his wife’s ‘public service’, etc.)
Regardless, democRATs were determined to reward Garland for his service to Sauron, so they made him U.S. Attorney General (AG). And now, in addition to going after Patriots and parents, he has excused going after pro-life supporters by claiming they are ‘day walkers’.
The Wednesday, March 10, 2021, Senate vote was 70-30 in favor (including McConnell joining the Yeas). The Nays were ALL Republicans. As the Senate was split 50-50, he was only confirmed thanks to 20 RINOs.
Luckily, AG isn’t anywhere close to a lifetime appointment as SCOTUS is…unless Merrick were to die of ‘suddenly’ while in office. Fingers crossed that he is fully vaxxed and ‘boostered’ and did not get the saline shots instead.

Breitbart reports:
United States Attorney General Merrick Garland admitted that the Department of Justice [DOJ] has prosecuted more pro-life activists than pro-abortion extremists following the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, but blamed the timing of alleged crimes for the discrepancy.
“I will say, you are quite right: there are many more prosecutions with respect to blocking of the abortion centers. But that is generally because those actions are taken with photography at the time, during the daylight, and seeing the person who did it is quite easy,” Garland told Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) during a Wednesday Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. He went on:
Those who are attacking the pregnancy resource centers, which is a horrid thing to do, are doing this at night, in the dark. We have put full resources on this. We have put rewards out for this. The Justice Department and the FBI have made outreach to Catholic and other organizations to ask for their help in identifying the people who are doing this. Merrick Garland says that the DOJ has prosecuted more pro-lifers for peaceful protests at abortion clinics than domestic terrorists firebombing pregnancy resource centers because the pro-lifers are doing it during the day and the centers are being bombed at night. pic.twitter.com/8abeyZiHLX— Greg Price (@greg_price11) March 1, 2023
Garland’s comments were in response to a question by Sen. Lee asking if the DOJ has unevenly invoked the FACE Act to go after pro-life activists…
